Coltellerie Berti 1895 is an artisan company-workshop that produces knives. Born in Italy in 1895 in Scarperia, north of Florence, the company has been pursuing the production of knives with passion for four generations. Quality knives, 100% Made in Italy, produced according to the ancient tradition of the Berti family. Every single knife is produced entirely by hand and by a single craftsman who, once the work is finished, signs it with his own initials. During the production, the same techniques and materials used in the late nineteenth century are deliberately used to preserve the authenticity of Berti knives.
